Oceania

Oceania is a long way away from the rest of the world, but the journey is well worth it. Many associate Oceania with Australia, which is natural as it makes up the biggest area of the continent. However, Oceania has a lot more to offer and there are plenty of places to explore. Whether you are into backpacking for months or prefer the quieter experience on a desolate island paradise, Oceania is the place to go. It offers a bit of everything.
The two biggest countries are Australia and New Zealand, that are surrounded by the islands of the tropical Pacific Ocean, including Fiji, Kiribati, Naurau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Tonga, Vanuatu and many other islands.
In Australia, you can travel for days in the fascinating and remote desert and outback meeting only few cars, or in the other hand, you can live the city life in one of the beautiful cities by the sea such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Cairns. Australia can offer paradise places as well, Fitzroy Island, Fraser Island and Whitsunday Islands will blow your mind away. One of the most fascinating paradises that attract millions of tourist each year in Australia is the coral reefs that make up the Great Barrier Reef, where is well worth spending few days sailing around.
Oceania has it all when it comes to climate and nature. Australia’s neighbour, New Zealand, offers very diverse landscapes with glaciers and alpine ski areas in the country’s southern island, while in the northern part there are fantastic beaches and fertile forests. Further out in the Pacific, on Fiji or one of the other many paradise islands, you will find unbelievably beautiful beaches, colourful coral reefs home of many fishes that you have never seen before. No one should deny themselves a trip to some of these fantastic Pacific Islands, which are just like paradise.
